HRPD's founer, Dr. Doug Young is a Chartered Scientist and Psychologist. He has verified the models at the center of 'The Dux Method' as not only consistent with a number of areas of psychological best practice, but also as an advance on psychological thinking in respect to organisational change.
Doug has worked globally, in a diverse range of operational environments from developing PTSD treatment programs for the M.O.D., to more recent support provided to the UN on Leadership in Turkey. With pending development courses planned in Kuala Lumpur, HRPD remain increasingly busy.
Doug's Client list reads like a who's who from the Fortune 500 and the public sector, including Pepsico, IBM, Unilever, RBS, United Nations, , BP, Aggreko, Scottish Widows, Safeway, Standard Life, NHS & NHS Scotland, Whyte & Mackay, Levi's, Northern Constabulary and Case among many others.
Doug is also a Director of The International Society for Coaching Psychology and a principal member of The Association of Business Psychologists.
