"Change" - a word who's definition has been fascinating humans for millennia.
We all use the word regularly, but nearly always in a way which allows us to consider change to 'things' or other people rather than ourselves .... rarely do we consider change to our 'self'; there's something within most of us which blocks out the idea that 'Change' means a shift in the way we see the world, a move from one set of beliefs about ourselves, others and things to a 'new world view' ... which sits at root of our attitudes, approach and actions.
