Training and workshops
Summary
Implementing Lean is often seen as 'just' the training & delivery of 'Tools and techniques' to manufacturing areas. The reality is this often has the effect of making the people involved feel as if change is being done to them. This delays and often stops the transition people make to accepting and embracing a new way of doing their work. This slows the process of change in the organisation, in some cases, for years or until 'the change' program fades away or overtly fails. Duxinaroe do "first things first!" Our primary objective is to get people through the transition that has to happen internally. People then 'want' the change for the organisation and themselves. The Lean tools are then 'pulled' rather than 'pushed' into the organisation. We stick to the fundamental principles on behalf of people as well as product and process, we; 1. Listen to the Voice of the Customer (of Change) 2. Create a Pull system (for people) rather than Push (and push back). 3. Eliminate waste (from the process of change, including the change required of people). Benefits Effective implementation reduces time-lines and budgets, delivering sustainable efficient change by balancing the focus between technical requirements of change and the transition of peoples minds and behaviours.
