Each module is released on a weekly basis, providing the student a 'drip-feed' delivery of content, required to maximise learning and memory retention.
The course leverages drama based storytelling, branched scenario's, a 'social media' type discussion platform, (providing the learner an opportunity to interact with peers, like comments, and post topics), attend a webinar hosted by the instructors, utilise "Office hours" where students can book time with the instructors to ask questions and, undertake assignments ... all designed to maximise engagement and connect the key learning points to the students real world challenges, making this course truly interactive (synchronous) for each cohort.
