“We’re a couple of guys, with a #BTFA world view from over 30years global manufacturing and engineering experience. We both studied philosophy, psychology and neuroscience, and we were crazy enough to combine our knowledge, spending years of our own time designing and creating an approach, that fixes a problem no one in the market really knows they have!“
Why BTFA?This short video provides an insight into the experience and thinking that underpins the approach.
“It is from our first-hand experience, that we recognised the need to focus on the mechanics of people, as much, if not more, than we had been taught to focus on process and technology – it was only after years of study that we were able to explain the people piece of the jigsaw, as the function and design of their brain... that’s when everything started to make sense ... now we're able to share our knowledge on a global scale through our online learning platform”
“We’re not academics, we’re practitioners who have led companies, change programmes and training events ... we worked our way up from the shop-floor to become consultants, directors and advisors in global manufacturing and professional service organisations like Toyota and Grant Thornton. ... we’re as comfortable making a plastic injection mould tool or setting up a new factory as we are delivering operational due diligence for a deal, or teaching TPS and Lean”
