BTFA - An innovation for business benefit.
Advancing technology is reshaping business in nearly every industry, but many leaders are still basing important decisions on their culture and, how to lead change to improve performance, on questionnaires & focus groups. These actions are typically followed by projects & initiatives, which introduce best practice models and system upgrades. The issue is, these new ways of working are introduced to people, the same way they have been for the last 4-5 decades... it's that approach, which has proven to reduce engagement, raising stress, creating the conditions in which 'Change doesn't stick!'
There are now, more accurate sources of information about people and how they navigate change. Recent breakthroughs in neuroscience are helping us understand more about what engages and motivates people. "The very real opportunity to upgrade our approach to improving business performance is astonishing!" Grounded in research spanning >20years and based on the Duxinaroe founders’ extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, (leading change and running factories around the planet e.g. Toyota, Turkey for 16years), the BTFA program presents a unique opportunity to learn directly from those who have made the connections between the discoveries in neuroscience and their practical application in the workplace. |

Unlike other programs, which require you fully immerse yourself for c.40 hours, risking input overload, and poor memory retention, BTFA is designed with the neuroscience of learning in mind. 30-35 hours of self-organised time (max) over 5 weeks (Just 5-7hrs / wk (Max.)), ensures your brain can consolidate and integrate what you learn.
“I have another A-Ha! moment every week! I can’t believe I’m remembering so much” – Senior Leader, South Africa. An additional meeting for one hour each week provides an excellent opportunity to test learning with the course designers and network with peers throughout the program and beyond, in the ‘Global’ BTFA community space. You can expect to apply new insights, brainstorm, and connect through interactions in and out of the virtual classroom. You will leave with a new network of highly experienced peers and have access to the founders, well into the future. In addition to the course content and learning exercises, once you attain your certificate, you will gain access to a process of BTFA application, which you can use to inform and enhance your own future business practices and strategies.
