From, ‘turning lights off,’ & 'reducing travel distance between operations' to 'reducing time delays in machine cycles or information availability' to 'Error proofing to reduce defects and damage' to 'introducing new frameworks and tools', all actions are based on a change to process to achieve cost reductions, increase efficiency and hit targets (QCD).
