Next speaking engagement - The Deming Alliance

I've recently spent some time with the SSD consulting company (Support Services Direct), who not only have an extensive and successful record of consulting to the Public Sector (Local Government) in respect to cost reduction and performance improvements, but also have close links to the Deming Alliance here in the UK.


I'm very pleased to have been invited by SSD to speak at one of the next 'Deming Alliance' events. 

I'll be talking on the subjects of Psychology and Neuroscience as they combine and apply to 'Change', organisational performance improvement and the very human issues of systemic control (which often undermines the potential for people to perform best in respect to process).
