Since then there has been an explosion of new information coming out of the realm of neuroscience, helping us understand neural pathology such as Alzheimer's and Dementia ... if distilled and considered through a psychological lens, it also leads to a whole new awareness in and around leadership and the impact of systems, both social and deterministic, in business and change environments. It allows us to understand change in respect to the foundation elements of people, the brain!
