This helps you see how some look at leadership from within the boundary of Keynesian economic principles and philosophies ... and how some sit outside that boundary looking-in, on the impact a belief in Keynesian Capitalism has on the quality of life a large majority of people experience on a daily basis.
I'm not sure I agree that 'rewards' and 'ceremonies' for a few are a good way to trigger the right opiate neurotransmitters to motivate the masses, but I do like the simplicity with which this video delivers a key point from pop psychology which stands up under the scrutiny of Neuroscience ... "the more you do that you can feel good about yourself for, the more you feel good about yourself" ... the benefit from that is, your self-concept increases and with a higher self-concept comes confidence ... where confidence increases, people take action, become innovative and generally improve the quality of life for themselves, others around them and the organisations they work for ... So all in all, I like this film, even if some aspects simplify the science a little bit too far for my liking, it's overall message is worth taking on board .. and to the board.
